I would like to make you a desperate question:
I am having the same problem with all my dendrobates. They are all having the same process one after the other:
Lack of accuracy hunting flies
Starving
Death
I have look around all the forums, and seems I am not the first persons with this problem. Everybody thinks the same when having the same process: they are affected by parasites. A coprologic study has confirmed that point, but I still have my doubts:
1. How can intestinal parasites affect the accuracy of my frogs? Unless they affect their sight or tongue, I see no reason.
2. I did not make a coprologic study when they were healthy. May be the parasites where there in the same number.
May be it’s a lack of some kind of vitamin which makes the frog lost its accuracy (accuracine?)
Well, as dr. House would say, lets treat parasites and see if they improve. You sell two cures for parasites:
Levacol. I have used and see no improvement
Panacur. Cannot find in Spain in this way to dust flies. If it is effective I would ask you to send. I could even crash to dust a tablet of panacur for dogs. But the problem is no Vet would advise to offer a medicine this way, with such risk of overdose.
Pleas, tell me what you think about this, and wich is your experience.
